If you're new to HotCopper there's a thing called "Ignore". Unfortunately this is one of the forums where you need to use it more frequently than should be required. Not sure what it is about PDI but it certainly has attracted a fringe crowd.
As to catalyst for the SP, other than incremental steps through MRE upgrades, I think the answer lies with the coup leaders, their future intentions for the country and them providing clarity about the NP issues.
Something concrete from the Board or the Govt about the future of the proposal would be the spark.
Not sure we are that close to that ATM, updated MRE + LOM might be enough for the parties to seriously look the NP buffer zone issues but that's about 6 months away.
