i for one will vote against this deal. top 20 shareholders in ppt only own 18 % of the company. instis hold 30% in total. employees hold 2.5^ rest is all retail holders. any holder in ppt can see this is a bad deal for ppt. ppt should sell its corporate trust division.....cash up and ans do a cash retuen to shareholders instead....sp will massively rerate up. instead this ceio who draws a base salary of 2.5m is mire focused on empire building. cant wait for the vote on this "merger"
