PBTs own website calls POS a producer at several sites & a close partner with its pCAM product producing NCM battery grade product from POS Ni conc & MPH.

it also states refinery construction starts in Q2 23 ie sept-dec 2022, thats now!
yet they have no land, no refinery, no Ni mine no offtake & no ni conc & POS has NO CURRENT PRODUCTION as claimed!

it says subject to commercial.arrangements, assuming thats with their close partner.

assumes POS is in production now or by 2023.

Seems PBT has put the cart before the horse
espousing grand plans without assuring any supply, as without POS they are just another $2 shelf company with nothing but hot air as a refinery must have 60% Ni & 20% Co & 20% Mn conc supply so WTF is this coming from ???

its like building a steel plant with no IO!

They better sign & pay the piper $50M like Trafigura or its syonara PBT & that $120M Fed slush fund.
POS can go with NeoEn or Trafigura instead easy & get way more imho so PBT better sign up but looks like POS & Paganin wants a larger cut & more prepayment than they can agree hence a 14 month delay already.
cant see any construction start without any offtake or Fed funding or any finance thereby.

POS offtake & refinery royalty cut plus large cash prepayment to match Trafigura are the key terms they must accept now. Big deal looms for POS.
70% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

pressure is massive on PBT to start construction without any ore or any deal with POS but no bank would give 1cent to them without POS ore deal not even twigger or twiggy are so stoopid so -

PBT are a nobody without POS production.
