Let's face it though, there's no indication that a JV announcement is imminent. We know that companies are interested and have been given the data, but there's no guarantee that any of them will eventually be interested enough to make a favourable deal. I want to believe it as much as the next guy but it's not a sure thing like some of you like to make out. I agree with some other comments that the longer this process takes, the less favourable the deal will probaby be and the less likely that there will be a deal. It would have been pretty simple for FAR to strike a deal if some party/parties were really hot for it.
