2013 accruing an extra $800 billion national debt and an extra half that
in States/Muni debt by starving States of lollies.

The best that we can hope for is to silo US Nukes and if the US
lapses into a dictatorship and the above survey would seem to suggest,
that could be a double edged sword, IMO.
