    Disappointing that the company has not released a commentary on the deal to explain the details and especially the puzzling pricing. I sold off on the announcement as I don't like the sudden uncertainty of where this is going.

    I can see the CLO has released a investor briefing "Clough Ltd 2010 Half Year Investor Briefing with Forge" but I can't open that document.
