According to a phenomenon called Wisdom of Crowds, if you add everyone's predictions and then divide them by the number of people in the survey, you will get the number that usually is very very close to what actually the answer is/will be.
I added up the answers above (some answers were ranges, so I picked the middle in the range) and the math came out:
607.8/20=30.39
Let's call it 30c then.
Of course, it would be amazing if we had more than 100 responses. But 20 responses is a good start.
