IMHO & DYOR
Generally speaking, retail investors, especially long-term investors rather than traders, usually get ripped off when their small cap is taken over, especially a mining explorer. The big boys know how to time it and often have a mysterious insight into financial and political factors we lesser beings were hitherto unaware of.
I'm still watching PDI, but if I were to become a holder, I'd be hoping to avoid any m&a activity altogether, or at least until the sovereign risk abates. But I suspect you know that.
BTW ... from what I can see, you don't need to ask HB any questions. He'll just chime in anyway. He seems to suffer from needing to have the last word on everything. PDI threads are very difficult to follow for this reason. Again IMHO
