Your Q makes no sense.
IMO AGY are fortunate to have Puna who have internal design capability and thus not having to share their IP with a third party. Not to mention costs when engaging a design company.
Agreed financial institutes will not fund without a DFS however JZ has made it clear AGY funding for stage 3 will be a mix of equity / prepaid offtake and debt from a partner. There is no appetite for debt from a financial institute so your beloved DFS is not required. I know, who would have thought?????
