I wouldn’t have thought it would be in AVZs and by extension shareholders best interest to announce along the lines of ‘we are in the process of trying to obtain a ML for our complete land parcel, those we are liaising with have told us it should all be together by X date but from past experience(s) we think they are full of it so good luck and it arrives when it arrives’. Of Far more benefit to continue to trust those you hope to have a business relationship with for the next X years wouldn’t you agree?
