The technique for a cr is usually a quick fast pump rather than a slow drawn out one over a couple of months but all things are possible. To me going by the chart it looks more technical and accumulation.

There was an upward break mid July, then a consolidation period which had a double low before breaking to a higher high, then a higher low before leading into another higher high, a nice new technical trend. Price action has generally been above the 50ema since the breakout, and these last few days has pushed price above the 200ema, this is quite a significant move and further evidence of trending if can maintain this status. 20c has been a little of a challenge but once conquered and we get a break above further interest will arrive from traders.
