Why is immigration not cut given higher unemployment and falling demand?

Businesses are closing everywhere, nobody can afford to travel.

I cannot visit UK until the Crown pays land and buildings tax on their 33 billion portfolio properties otherwise it is too expensive for tourists.

When are rates and taxes going to be raised to reduce prices and stop people dying in the streets?
