Class A and Class B Performance Options are a slap in the face to shareholders. To state the obvious:
1) The DFS was due months ago so a reward for it being released sometime during the next 5 years (if I read that correctly?) is a joke. Pays should be docked rather than rewards given for what has transpired.
2) Raising only $50m in Project Finance is grossly inadequate and I need not spell out the consequence.
