You beat me to it.
I echo the exact same thoughts.

Class A should have 6month expiry max, it is an INCENTIVE after all, not a GIVEN.
Class B should be the full project finance package, not a cent less, and expiry in 12months. At the very very least, it should be based on the PFS CAPEX finance figures..
I will be voting against resolutions 5, 6, 7 and 8 - unless the company provides an updated expiry date for each (which I have previously seen companies do after shareholder negative feedback).
