    I really don't know what you mean. To be stopped out of a short means you have to BUY them back.

    What IS happening is that someone wants to sell 1M shares today @ 29.5c just like they did @ 33c yesterday.

    It isn't a good thing or a bad thing just the market. It really is that simple.
