Agreed, however GMG seems much more aggressive than most REITS. Where others are fleeing from international ventures and are focussing solely on the domestic market, Goodman is looking to increase its footprint internationally AND domestically.
Lots of bargains out there at present. AEZ, CXH, THG, MOF all looking cheap at present.
