Inexcusable in my view. Unless demand has picked up so quickly they've been caught unawares. Where does one sheet home the blame? The supplier because they were tardy in filling an order put in on time? Or the Retailer because they didn't order soon enough i.e when they were half-way through selling the previous order?
If only Parchem were like Lowes in the US.
I don't know when the agreement EDE has with Parchem runs out, but I'd be surprised if it was renewed unless Parchem dramatically lift their game.
