After the shafting Burton gave Warren Brown at the previous 249D I think there is not a cat in hell's chance that Warren will accept the terms laid out in this latest attempt by Burton to dodge the ever-nearing bullet. These people are weasels doing EVERYTHING they can to squirm their way out of the inevitable and keep hold of the Company. I re-iterate; go to the Vote Grant, get all 5 resolutions passed and completely wash the company's hands of these leaches. No consultancy, no hanging on, nothing but a clean start.
