yes I agree that there was no formal announcement that they are exiting, only the announcement that they sold 1% of voting rights, without any context on why and all I can do is assume they want out.
someone is working hard to surpress the price sub 20c. 0.1975 selling at a total of $1k while ~$10k of buy orders go through at 20 cents.
