Have a feeling it might be happening due to the potential issues raised during the Tolga vs Swami court case.
Supposedly there were emails between Peter Bradford and Patrick Walta, whereby Peter was accusing NCZ team that there was deal leak with regards to the New Caledonia...Patrick could be the fallman.
it seems Patrick's exit is rather swift
