My mistake Makk, it is ASIC im thinking of. I could be wrong, and this is second hand information, but I thought a few years back a few HC posters got dragged into court for doing this very thing...anyone know if this is true?

Either way, I dont mind trying to get a bit of constructive posting out of the serial rampers. Ask a few questions to them and they are exposed for the rampers that they are pretty quick as there is no substance to their posts.

Its also pretty bad when you have guys who come accross like they know what they are doing, possibly leading newbies astray and they never admit that they actually took a loss. Or if they do, they lie about how much they lost. Time and time again it happens. I guess im all for a bit of transperancy....it keeps this place a source of good information instead of some of the rubbish that we have to troll through.
