A lot of negative sentiment around this. When I was a lot younger, I may have felt the same way. But I have always had a 5yr + investment timelime for this project. I have also lived through many 5 year time periods (13 to be exact) to know that it comes around pretty quick, and brings with it some life-changing opportunities for those with the patience to hold companies while they mature.

Here's some back of envelope numbers for a 10WM* Geothermal plant:
CapEx: $90M
OpEx: $4.5M pa
Revenue: $25M pa (95% uptime @ $300/MWh)
+ LREC Revenue: $5.8M pa ($70/REC)
+ ACCU Revenue: ? $1-2M pa ($30/ACCU)

*Plans would be to expand this to 100MW +2 additional 100MW plants.
