I don't think so. IMHO as soon as we sign a deal we will rerate again. Analysts need hard numbers to formulate expectations and the first deal gives them something to work with.
Until first revenue everything is hypothetical, while hypothesized it won't attract the big dogs. Once someone signs on the dotted line further prospects become real and imminent for investors.
