Below is all just my opinion, happy to be corrected
1. Very unlikely to list on NASDAQ and drop ASX listing right away, look at Avita, listed in US but still on ASX, I’d guess a dual listing for some time.
2. Suggest you look back at what Avita did with the US listing, see ASX announcements. Not sure I understand your term ‘rebirthed’.
3. To my knowledge a capital raise is not required but does tend to happen. Given cash burn with AVR a raise would not surprise me, could ask be good to raise awareness in the US.
4. Not sure you’d strictly call it an IPO, however IMO (just my thoughts) a capital raise along with a listing on NASDAQ could occur at the same time (most likely scenario IMO you’d still be able to trade AVR on ASX)
