When sales slow for business the only other item that will slow is stock purchase, most other expenses will remain - property, rent, wages, insurance, vehicles, etc.
What does management do when budgets get tight? They start to cost cut, renegotiate costs from suppliers, find alternatives.
DW8 will have to have a very sharp pencil.
