"Quasar has advised ags that the project development is to by significantly delayed. Is this due to the court action? This is my assumption, however it is just an assumption and ags has not advised anyone as to why the project has been delayed."
The market was advised way back Sept that there would be a delay, "..to April 2010 or beyond."
