Unpopular Opinion - there are more major shareholders than the Browns and maybe these are the ones TNG have approached and held discussions with. As I said on the other thread, in my opinion, this is the current board cutting a deal with Deutsche Ballaton and/or Vimson etc. These parties may have voted and may now change their vote.
I would love to be wrong and all my votes are FOR change which I desperately want but I feel this has swung back heavily towards the incumbent board after this morning's announcement
