This sort of activity has been seen before, but never in such a systematically organized fashion. I think there are some serious people involved here. The Brazenness is breathtaking & the way the regulator has failed to intervene is intriguing. I can see the likely involvement of a derivatives expert by way of the application of segmented share values. Interesting, Convertibles notes & Partly Paids, lost their appeal after some serious mishaps. Interesting how they were used off-market here. Were the shareholders as a group to challenge this one, I don't think it would be allowed because it disadvantages all existing shareholders and it has been demonstrated to have had a serious impact of the value of their shareholdings. I mean 90 percent of shareholder wealth was wiped out with just 2 instruments the consolidation & the Convertable Notes . I think someone might have been asleep at C&SC & this slipped through - it should never have been allowed to happen: DYOR
