If you read my post from earlier I clearly stated that just because two countries trade goods with each other (Import and Export) does not mean they have a free trade agreement
You do understand the difference between the two don't you ? I don't think it has sunk in just yet as you have literally posted the same image at least 6 times now
1) Argentina and the United States Import and Export goods to each other
2) Very important you follow along here....... Argentina and the United States do not have a Free Trade Agreement
Can you confirm that you understand the difference between points #1 and #2 ???
