to you perhaps, but it makes sense to me, and several other investors, I posted why it makes sense. Why does the US trade with the author of the 'belt'? Some countries get nicer incentives, than others, China doesn't care about the extra tariffs, nor does the US really,, and ARGENTINA IS NOT CHINA. LOL... last I saw, it was a democratically electied govt, not the CCP.
