Any board member that resided in Nexus when the share price was $1.75 could not for the life of him recommend a deal be done between 40-50 cents. Unfortunately its a reality of todays times. I can see the company positioning themselves on a united front on recommending this sort of offer so that is good news.

I was watching a show on Discovery channel the other night where this Yank was talking about the dwindling supply of the worlds oil and the difficulty in trying to discover new fields.

I just hope the new board puts the for sale sign in front of some of the larger US oil companies. I reckon they would cream their pants if they knew the price they could pick up Nexus for.
