This was the excuse the Minerals Commission used to give the tenement to Shaanxi mining, as I understand they were definitely not directors or shareholders, they were shareholder is the ASX listed company and that will be argued in the international court. It seems ridiculous, how many people with prior convictions are shareholders of other ASX listed companies? Dosent make sense, Ghanian government seem to be grasping at straws.
