    Let's see how next week unfolds. We may or may not have news. It is getting close though if we are to believe Management's "end of Q1 FY23" guidance on timing.

    Also I hope they have negotiated full form Documents and not just a Binding TERM Sheet. To go from Binding Term Sheet to Full Form Documents is another 2-3 months work!!!
