Time will tell, but given EGR places itself as tech company, one would think it would be material if the patent is opposed, well at least from a perception perspective
Did POSCO sign the MOU for the purification process tech? World now knows the process EGR has which means can be replicated by others if no patent exists. Will POSCO move on?
