No. POSCO signed an MOU for the supply of BAM products. There was no mention of any licensing or IP sharing arrangements. The MOU was also signed prior to EGR's patent application being accepted.
POSCO is investing heavily into synthetic graphite production as well, so I don't think the HFfree factor is of great importance to them. I believe POSCO's interest is more about diversity of supply than anything else.
