Again he is paid very well to think how to deliver...it's very simple...

And when we talk about winging... talk to long holders too about ROI..... Long didnt winge 10 years ago....they know it takes time...but after 20 years anyone would complain...I reckon after this time if you do not complain...something is wrong with you...
