    I suspect the “equipment issue” was polite fiction to cover the real issues (govt inactivity IMO). Remember drilling was originally set for June. Then July. Then Aug. Then first week of Sep. Then NLT 12 Sep. And here we are 19 Sep, and no mention of any “equipment issue” was made until fairly recently.
