The SP is well insight for manipulators, which isn't a bad thing for now. Especially if you have the means to play along and load up on the dips they're creating. I think another factor is...the current financial climate, many are taking opportunities to increase their cash position. These investors once more news drops may convert back into LT and with larger amounts to invest from the gains they have made trading. These are my thoughts and I believe the above stated will result in some very sharp gains in Q4 and onwards.
