Given the current price of WGX....and their cash holdings.....I'd argue that a takeover at a rate of say 3:5 would be very sensible.
Creating an entity with a mkt cap of $600mln....$250mln in cash...and annual production of 200,000oz min!
That would have upside....and I'd be in.
