PTX Media related, page-746

I was hoping the company would come out with a "rabbit out of the hat" kind of announcement before the CR closes to get investors to pile in and over subscribe, so if the company is rallying investors by direct approaches it suggests there is no rabbit. New investors are buying on market at the placement price so the incentive to existing holders is lost, if anything, new shares issued are just diluting shareholder value at this trading price. I haven't pulled the trigger on this yet but until I see volumes and appreciation in the SP, I am not keen on pumping more cash into this company just yet. That said, the CR on another bio that I am a particularly fond holder of as well, made this placement by PTX look much much better.
