That's the way the market works. Oversold and undersold. Buy on hype and sell on fear. Its totally irrational at times. The Fed is pushing up interest rates and money is being kept out of the market until the increases stop. 3DA needs to have a operating plant and offtake agreements b4 we have a major rerate of the SP. It should creep up on news of the progress. There are other potential deals that have been mentioned, however I wouldn't hold my breath...All IMO
