The reason Engebo's NPV to Capex ratio is lower than HVY's is mainly because Engebo used US$230/t garnet price assumption while HVY used US$510/t... and if I have to explain the difference my time would be wasted by definition. It is being developed because the project stands up to rigorous analysis, under realistic LT prices with first quartile industry revenue-to-cost ratio (generally required to attract funding) ...
