Agree with all except the last two..I think the enviro is the most crucial issue at this stage for the stock to get back to ATH's and tempt an offer...
We all know there is a lot more ore there, and Vale are more than likely to sign an offtake...but no enviro means no mine (or at least a delay to mining).
Having said all that, I'm supremely confident there will be NO issues...
