Theres two ways to interpret this, Woods was helping existing shareholders by creating interest to prop the share price, knowing that a selloff was coming from La Jolla and would crush the share price or
He was helping La Jolla offload by creating interest to prop the share price to allow them to offload at a sustained price around where it is at the moment.
Of course its all above board, isn't it.
