IMO 2 factors will determine the SP of Li companies.
1) The price of actual Li in international markets (Which are at ATH's) very positive for SP.
2) The global fear of recession, that is not allowing the SP to shoot up.
When focusing on LRD, we have a lot of other positives.
1) Low MC $10 Mill
2) Cash in Hand $4 Mill
3) Horse Rocks, now approved and Coy already starting to action it by end of Sept.
4) Horse Rocks surrounded by successful Li Coys
5) 4 more projects with great potential
6) Management which has taken AZL from 1c to 26c within 2 years (Now at 9c, affected by overall market conditions)
7) We have our tenements in Oz, which is great.
One thing I have noticed when talking to people in general, is that they when they look at SP, 1C share is cheap & more potential
& 30c share is expensive with lesser potential. Nothing could be further from the truth.
What one needs to look at is MC. That is the value of the Coy, the lesser the shares the higher the value of those shares
determined by the MC.
The multi bagging potential is determined by the MC & not the current SP.
So....
At this stage, SP will rise when potential is realized by buyers, but could be reigned in by Overall market sentiment.
When Horse Rocks exploratory drilling starts, it will give a SP boost.
When results are due, another SP boost.
If results are great, sky is the limit.
At the same time, what progress is made by the our other projects may also help.
So SP should start moving up now, with the Horse Rocks Ann, and get a boost when related Ann's are released.
