Re- Your comments on @ZMan's Class Ruling quote from the demerger prospectus.

The prospectus is pre the shareholder vote, the company can't say that they have made the application to the ATO until after the demerger has been approved can it. That's why it's worded like that, "isx will apply to the ATO....."

Re your - "I have emailed the company and they have NOT said that they have made the ATO application yet."

When I emailed SP1 recently, my experience was positive when I asked about the ATO class ruling progress. The company said there still awaiting a response from the ATO, and that they would make an announcement via MAP and the company website when the ruling is received.

If you want to vent, write to the ATO and hurry them up, there the ones that are moving at glacial speed on this issue.
