I dont know what you are comparing them to run your charting over 10 years SOL , BKW , XAO, WLE, ARG.
ARG up 25%,
WLE up 42.6%
XAO up 30.1%
SOL up 54.89%
BKW up 33.96%
CBA up 28.1%
BKW and SOL are paying lower dividends because the values have gone up a lot. They are lumpy - they are not LIC's they are hybrids - operating companies with strategic investments.
I just think you are looking at them after what has been a great few years. There were times as recently as 2020 where you could have bought BKW at $13.80 and the yield 4.3% before franking. I would not be thinking that many paying 6% before franking are really secure dividends remember that SOL and BKW don't pay out all earnings they are probably hovering around d 60%.
As to which is better we have to wait until tomorrow but my portfolio carries all 3 and I just shift emphasis from time to time.
