Yep, just an ad-hoc, on the spot, impulsive, decision to flee...........to where the profitable, HQ of the business which employs 160 people, is located (pure coincidence!). Which business was set up in 2015, with Central Bank Licenses, and at which place he already spent more than 50% of his time each year.
