If they are unveiling this at the conference for the first time, it is unlikely this will be announced today (more like Friday before open). With Biotechs when they announce something at a conference (wether new data that is embargoed/new idea etc), it is usually announced to market after this unveiling. There is nothing wrong with this, it doesn't go against continuous disclosure. Biotechs do this all the time. I have seen this several times, conference first and then announcement, next available day for trading. Would have been thrudsay morning, but of course now Friday I suspect.
