Looks like there is nothing for the small shareholders and the "friends" of the company cleans up again.
What is really frustrating is the sales and supply agreement. They have been saying since December that all parties agreed to everything and it is a matter of drafting up the legal documents. Now agreement for supply and sales of small ticket items like this is not a complicated document and any sizable company will have hundreds or thousands of these. They can almost photocopy one and change the names, products and delivery details and the contract is done. They don't seem to have problems getting the contracts done for their press, roasters and long lead-time items.
It is getting to be annoying even for someone with almost unlimited patience!!
